1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and purchasing our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and students of ACE Continuing Education.

Verification: You certify that you are a licensed professional in the state for which you are purchasing a course.

Individual Use: Accounts are strictly for individual use. You agree that you are the person who will complete the course material. Allowing another individual to complete the course on your behalf is a violation of state board regulations and will result in the immediate termination of your certificate without a refund.
3. Accuracy of Information
To ensure your hours are reported correctly to the State Board (e.g., TDLR), you are responsible for providing an accurate Full Name and State License Number at checkout. ACE Continuing Education is not responsible for renewal delays caused by incorrect license information provided by the user.
4. Course Completion & Access

Expiration: Courses must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date.

Availability: We strive to keep our platform available 24/7; however, we are not liable for temporary technical outages of state reporting systems or internet service providers.
5. Payments & Digital Delivery

Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.

Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will be granted immediate access to your digital course materials.
6. Reporting to State Boards
For states requiring provider reporting (such as Texas), we will submit your completed hours to the regulatory authority within 24-48 hours of course completion. For all other states, the digital certificate issued to you serves as your official proof of compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, graphics, and text on this website are the property of ACE Continuing Education and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, record, or redistribute our course materials without express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
ACE Continuing Education provides board-approved curriculum. However, the final decision on license renewal rests solely with your State Board of Cosmetology. We are not liable for any lost wages or professional penalties incurred due to a user waiting until the final day of their renewal period to complete their requirements.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
