Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Because our products are digital continuing education courses, “returns” are handled as a revocation of course access rather than a physical return of goods.

Refund Eligibility (The Completion Rule)

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Non-Completion: The course must not have been completed. If a Certificate of Completion has already been issued to you or reported to a State Regulatory Board (such as TDLR), the service is considered fully rendered and is exempt from a refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Completed digital certificates

  • Reported state continuing education hours

Technical Issues & Double Charges

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course, or if you were accidentally charged twice for the same course, please contact us immediately. We will rectify the technical issue or issue an immediate refund for the duplicate transaction.

Refund Process

Once your request is received, we will inspect your student account to verify that the course has not been completed and the certificate has not been issued. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Insert Your Support Email].

Exchanges & Course Transfers

We only replace or “exchange” access if a course is defective or the wrong state was purchased by mistake. If you accidentally purchased the Ohio course but meant to buy the Texas course, contact us before starting the material, and we will transfer your enrollment to the correct course.

Shipping

As our courses are 100% digital and delivered via the internet, there are no shipping costs or physical return requirements.
